Bling out your Puffco Pivot! Perfectly sized for a secure fit around the base of the atomizer.

There are two available: Blush with a mushroom or Sea Mist with a drippy cloud! Each one has a matching heart and sparkly opal. If you’re a size 9.5 in rings, you can wear them as well. All hardware is 100% stainless steel, and very durable.
